Delivery Information
Our delivery charges are low, so there’s no need to worry about getting your new purchase home. Offering our customer’s great prices like this is just one of the perks of being Europe’s largest floor covering retailer. Let us do the work for you.
- We currently only offer home delivery on our made-to-measure curtains, blinds and accessories products, unless items are purchased in store.
- The delivery charge is made to cover the whole cost of delivery to your home.
- Delivery costs: £7.95 for any order less than £199; FREE for any order more than £199
- Delivery times: We aim to get all made-to-measure orders produced and delivered to your door within 10-14 working days from the order placement date. If there is ever any delay, we will communicate this with you, or you can always use our tracking service (link) to check in on where your order is.
- Orders with multiple goods: If you’ve ordered multiple things in one order, for example, a pair of curtains and a curtain pole, you’ll only pay one charge. However, they may be dispatched from different warehouses and therefore may arrive separately.
- We are currently only able to deliver to mainland UK and NI (NI may incur a surcharge). For a detailed breakdown of delivery exceptions and restrictions, please see our T&C’s.
- Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to the following areas: Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Shetland Islands & Isle of Man.
